Help and Advice needed!!

Hi everybody!
Can anyone out there recommend labels that would be interested in distributing the music that I do?
This is pretty much my first step into this side of the business and had no idea what a bitch it was! A&R persons seem to have a very short lifespan, and getting in touch with the person you were dealing with last week is impossible! haha
Any no-nonsense labels out there to be recommended?

Sorry, when I meant "no nonsense" I meant that the person you're dealing with is still there a week later, they return emails and stuff like that
Thanx Raggz, but Perris were the first I contacted. George, their A&R guy, seemed very interested at first but haven't been able to get a reply out of them for a couple of months.

Can handle rejection, but not replying or finding certain A&R people aren't there anymore is a little frustrating haha!

Check out Heatslick Records. They seem to be rather straight shooters. Team Evil Records seemed alright, as well.
